PERSONAL HYGIENE last few weeks I have encountered a few too many unpleasant odors within the classroom. Therefore, this week I had a sixth grade class discussion on personal hygiene. I would ask that you talk with your child at home about this as well. Our discussion focused on the fact that as students becomes more mature, more attention needs to be given to hygiene. This includes regular (daily) showers, the use of deodorant, and the need for clothing to be laundered after it has been worn for hot, Arizona recesses and PE classes. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated!
