OF RESULTS IN PARLIAMENTARY ELECTION OF ALBANIA DATED 18.06.2017

examined the issue with :
OBJECT:
For approval of document templates to be used by the
counting teams and commission of electoral administration
zone
for the tabulation of results in parliamentary
election of Abania dated 18.06.2017
LEGAL BASIS:
Article 23, paragraph 1, letter a, Sections 119 and 122 of
Law No.10019, dated 29.12.2008 "The Electoral Code of
the Republic of Albania", amended.
The Central Election Commission after examining the submitted documentation and hearing
the discussions of those present:

For Approval of models of documents that will be used by CG and CEAZ for tabulation of
election to Parliament, dated 18.06.2017.
DECIDED :
1.
To approve the models of documents that will be used by the Counting Team and the
Commission of Electoral Administration Zone for tabulation of
results of Parliamentary
elections , dated 18.06.2017, attached to this decision:
a) table of results for VC, model 57-17;
b) summary table of the results of the election administration area, model 40-17;
ç) The CEAZ model decision on the approval of the Aggregate Table of Results for election
administration area, model 40-17 V.

Models of the documents referred to in paragraph 1 of this decision be produced as
follows:
a)
57-17 model results tables produced by chemical sheet, in a block of 5 sheets each, in
A3 format. The first sheet of the block serve as the original table, other sheets serve as copies
and provided members of the Counting Team. The rest of result 57-17 model, as copied from
the original in A3 format, plain paper, stamped by the secretary of the CEAZ the CEAZ seal,
given to the CEAZ members and observers of the subjects election, upon request. Tables 4017 model to be produced in the right amount in A3 format, on plain paper. Table completed
and signed by members of the CEAZ serves as the original. Copies of the Summary Table of
Results, sealed by the CEAZ secretary with the CEAZ seal, given to the CEAZ members and
observers of the electoral subjects upon request
b)
In the tables referred to in paragraph 1 of this decision to print ballots paper for the
election subjects by the respective electoral zone .
c)
40-17 models of decision-V produced in the right quantity in A4 format, on plain paper.
This decision takes effect immediately.
