Working on/evaluate on the experiences The year’s in Albertslund with AL What: All teachers learned what Action Learning was – the method When: A periode of two years + the special focus / RECIPE on one school (HL) Practise: Focus on what to do /what prevent students from dropping out. The team of teachers work together to solve the problem. Experience: The general focus on inclusion and how the schools look at the general method AL Results : Good method, usefull didactic method, time is essential Cooperation/teamwork, Efforts are related to good strategies and the teachers general education Future 1. New initiativ for the next four year’s using AL as a general method 2. New facilitators with general knowledge on didactic and AL. 3. Important to link AL to the daily work in the classroom /the didactic work. 4. Focus on teaching, the childrens well-being in the classroom and of course results of the teaching - but again looking at the teacher as the professional person. 5. Results: Hopefully it will give everybody – teachers as well students a generel better result, skills and qualifications. We hope that this focus gives the students a better and more focused daily life at the school. The project can give the teachers better ways to give students the attention needed so they will choose to stay in the educational system.
