This Pricing Schedule forms part of your Energy Contract and sets out the energy prices applicable to your premises
(your rates). We will notify you in writing as soon as possible of any changes to your prices and no later than your next bill.

Pricing Schedule – Electricity (QLD)
Standing Offer
Rates: Usage charges and fixed supply charges are equal to the Australian Power & Gas Prices applicable to your home.
Schedule of fees & charges
Disconnection charge: If your premises are disconnected or your Energy Contract is cancelled, you are liable for any charges
we incur from your Energy Distributor for the discontinuance of connection services.
Debt recovery fee: If you do not pay your energy bill on time, we may require you to pay our costs for recovering the
outstanding amount from you, including debt collection fees.
Special meter reading charges: You must pay $9.68 inc GST as indicated above if you request a meter reading at a time
other than as scheduled by your Energy Distributor in the ordinary course of the meter reading cycle, or if your Energy
Distributor charges us for a special meter reading as a result of your failure to provide access to your meter.
Additional charges: Other costs and charges may be incurred by us relating to the sale of energy to you, including but not
limited to charges or taxes imposed on us from time to time by the government, Energy Distributors, other industry
participants, or our service providers. Consistent with Energy Laws, we may require you to pay an amount(s) relating to these
other costs and charges. You may also be required to pay amounts relating to any costs, charges or taxes incurred directly or
indirectly by us in connection with the introduction of, or compliance with, a carbon pollution reduction scheme or other
emissions trading or reduction scheme.

on weekdays or 9am to 4pm on Saturdays.

Solar Bonus Scheme: You will receive 8 cents (inc. GST) per kWh for energy fed back into the grid from eligible generators
registered with your Energy Distributor. You will not receive payments for energy fed back into the grid from ineligible
generators. (E2013, E2014, E2015, E2016)

* Retailer charges are direct amounts we may charge you.
** Network charges are amounts we, as your retailer, may incur from your Energy Distributor. We pay these costs to your
Energy Distributor on your behalf and then bill you for the costs at no extra charge.
