Public Transport
As a condition of our road closures, Lincolnshire County Council requires us to notify the bus companies
within Lincolnshire whose routes are affected. We have written to the bus companies within Lincolnshire
advising them of the planned road closures and diversions. We also requested information from them
about how these closures and diversions will affect their routes. Once they have notified us of this, we
will ensure any information they provide is displayed at the bus stops affected and also published on the
SO Festival website.
Noise management
We will endeavour to keep noise levels to a reasonable level throughout the event.

Cake Fest
SO Festival 2017 is pleased to welcome Cake Fest by Simon Preston. The aim of Cake Fest is to
create a giant fully-edible map of East Lindsey, made out of cake. In case you were wondering – yes,
when the map has been completed and suitably admired by the crowds, we will eat the lot. (Free cake
will be given to members of the public. We will encourage them to stay and eat the cake in the area.
Drinks will not be provided).
