The aim of Cake Fest is to create a giant fully-edible map of East Lindsey, made out of cake. In case you were wondering – yes, when the map has been completed and suitably admired by the crowds, we will eat the lot. (Free cake will be given to members of the public. We will encourage them to stay and eat the cake in the area. Drinks will not be provided).
