2016 Seminar @ Sea (S@S) XI -- UPDATED INFORMATION
The Clear Lake Galveston Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMICLG) is excited to deliver you
information about our S@S XI event, the best way to earn your PDU’s and has fun doing it.
PMICLG is the founder of the PMI-S@S event and is pleased to let you know that registration for the 2016
seminar in April is now open. This is our 11th season of cruising. With ten previous cruises we have booked
over 1250 sailors and 650 cabins and have offered over 150 PDU’s.
The 2016 cruise is titled: SEA OF CHANGE WITH PROJECT MANAGEMENT, and is to be our best yet.
S@S XI is for singles, couples, and families. There is always something to do… or just eat and relax. This is not
just for PMP’s but for those that would like to learn from some the best PMI speakers around, such as: Jim
Synder, Frank Saladis, Kevin Martin, Walter Viali, Bill Stewart, and Brian Monroe all with great PMI
credentials.

 4-day Carnival Cruise out of Galveston, TX. to Cozumel, Mexico
 Easy access to Hobby Airport (HOU). – Bush IAH (earlier flight required)
 Ship sails at 4:00 PM on Thursday. (need to be on board by 3:00)
 Ship returns on Monday at around 9:00 AM. (flights should be booked mid- afternoon)
 PDU’s (up to 16)
We are going to book cabins thru February if our reserved cabins last, at that point and we will make the
decision to add more cabins, or be forced to cut off sales due to the availability. This is required as we need to
notify the Carnival cruise line of the required space needed to hold our classes, Speakers to get there material
together and order PMI CLG provided gifts.
To reach that goal, we are offering an early bird special(s) that you can find out about only though our travel
agent (also a PMI member). You must sign-up before cabins are gone!!!!!

Travel Documents: U.S. citizens are not required to have a passport, but will need proof of citizenship such as an
original or certified copy of a birth certificate, as well as a government-issued photo ID.
