Pinckney earns NJAC Offensive Player of the Week honors after leading the Profs to their second straight win over a ranked opponent, a 34-30 NJAC victory over previously unbeaten No. 11
Salisbury. He helped Rowan move into a tie for first place in the conference by completing 17-of-22
passes for 300 yards and three touchdowns. He also rushed for 17 yards in a key conference win
that featured three ties and three lead changes. Pinckney currently ranks second in the NJAC in
passing yards (235.0 per game).
defensive PLAYER of the Week
Isaiah Ingram • Wesley College
Junior • Defensive Line • Pennsauken, NJ/Pennsauken
Ingram becomes the second different Wolverine to earn NJAC Defensive Player of the Week
honors after helping Wesley move into a tie for first place in the conference with a 41-0 NJAC win
over TCNJ. In a contest in which the Wesley defense held TCNJ’s offense to just 177 total yards,
he tallied nine tackles, including 1.5 tackles for a loss. He also registered 1.5 sacks to help secure
the Wolverine’s first shutout since the 2015 regular season finale. Ingram currently ranks tied for
seventh in the NJAC in total sacks (3.0).
special teams PLAYER of the Week
Russell Neverdon • Frostburg State University
Junior • Returner/Wide Receiver • Baltimore, MD/Calvert Hall
Neverdon earns NJAC Special Teams Player of the Week honors after helping the Bobcats move
into a tie for first place in the conference with a 23-0 NJAC win over William Paterson. He was a
key factor in the return game, finishing the contest with seven punt returns for 64 yards and one
kickoff return for 22 yards. He also contributed offensively with eight receptions for 158 yards and a
touchdown to cap off a 247 all-purpose yard performance. Neverdon currently is tied for the NJAC
lead in punt return average (10.8).
OFFENSIVE ROOKIE of the Week

Freshman • Running Back • Germantown, MD/Northwest
Lee earns NJAC Offensive Rookie of the Week honors for the second consecutive week after helping
Wesley secure a 41-0 NJAC victory over TCNJ. In just his third game played at Scott Miller Stadium,
he averaged 10.5 yards per carry, finishing the contest with 15 rushes for 157 yards and three
touchdowns. His performance marked the most single-game rushing yards by a Wesley freshman
since the 2013 season. Lee currently ranks sixth in the NJAC in rushing (67.0 yards per game).
DEFENSIVE ROOKIE of the Week
ra’keem bennett • William Paterson University
Freshman • Defensive Back • Linden, NJ/Carteret
Bennett becomes the second different Pioneer to earn NJAC Defensive Rookie of the Week honors
after leading WPU’s defense in a 23-0 NJAC road defeat at Frostburg State. In just the second
conference road game of his collegiate career, he tallied a game-high 13 tackles, including seven
solo stops. He also registered an interception and a pass defended in the contest. Bennett currently
ranks tied for sixth in the NJAC in interceptions (0.40 per game).
