$100 Tickets Tonight Gift Certificate Contest
Legal information
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entrants and will be notified
by email within 5 business days of the contest close date.
The contest is open to all legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have
reached the age of 19 years, and is open to all legal residents of the United States
(excluding Florida), 21 years of age or older at the contest start date.
Note: Up to four entries per person allowed. Multiple entries must be unique
photographs, one each from the four brand colours advertised.
1. Contest Sponsor - Tourism Vancouver, and any of its Members and Partners
involved in the monthly Sweepstakes and its Prize(s).

3. Enter the contest by posting an image with hashtag #TT100GC on Twitter or
Instagram. You must follow Tickets Tonight on the platform you choose to
share in order to be eligible. A draw will occur on August 8, 2013, after
4:00pm PDT, and a winner awarded. The period of this sweepstakes is July 9,
2013 thru August 8, 2013, considered "The Promotional Period". In the event
it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than four times (as
permitted) during the Promotional Period, all your entries will be void. All
entries must be received by 3:59:59 p.m. PDT on the last day of the Contest
Period, considered the "Contest Closing Date". Sponsor will not be
responsible for late, lost, misdirected or destroyed entries. All entries must
be submitted via Twitter or Instagram in order to be considered valid.
4. Prize - There will be a total of one Prize available to be won. The Prize
consists of one $100 Tickets Tonight Gift Certificate, which may be used at
the Tickets Tonight booth at 200 Burrard Street to purchase entertainment
tickets. Additional components may be added onto the prize at the sole
discretion of Tickets Tonight. Limit of one prize per person allowed.
Entertainment tickets which are for a specific date and time are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for another date. Approximate value
of the prize is $100.
Prize winner and any companion(s) will be responsible for obtaining any
required travel and health documents, and are responsible for all gratuities,
applicable taxes, incidentals, and all other expenses not specifically
mentioned above. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries
received during the contest period. For US residents, any income tax on the
prize is the sole responsibility of the winner and both the winner and their
travel companion must be able to legally travel to and/or within Canada.
Travel arrangements are the responsibility of the winner and are not included
in the Prize value.
5. Random Draws - One random draw will be conducted by random software
generator in the Promotional Period, on the last day after approximately
16:00:01 PDT from all eligible entries received within the relevant
Promotionial Period to award the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any
entrant's change of email address or user name. In order to win, the selected
entrants, if Canadian residents, must correctly answer a mathematical skilltesting question without mechanical aid and all selected entrants must be
eligible according to the official rules. In the event a selected entrant cannot
be contacted within 5 DAYS of prize notification, or if any prize notification is
returned as undeliverable, another selected entrant will be chosen for the
appropriate month. The winner (who must be age of 19 years if Canadian or
21 years if a US resident) agrees to release Sponsor from any and all liability
for any and all damages related to or resulting from the Sweepstakes or
awarded Prizes.
6. Eligibility - The contest is open to all legal residents of Canada (excluding
Quebec) who have reached the age of 19 years, and is open to all legal
residents of the United States (excluding Florida), 21 years of age or older at
the contest start date. Contest excludes employees (and persons with whom
they are domiciled) of the Contest Sponsor, their advertising and promotional
agencies and its Members and Partners. This contest is subject to all
applicable Federal, Provincial, Municipal and State laws and regulations. All
decisions of the independent contest judging organization are final and the
Contest Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any accident, negligence,
printing, administrative or other errors that may arise or occur in connection
with the contest. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to modify, amend or
terminate this contest with no obligation or liability if due to fraud, virus,
bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor or the administration,
security or proper play of the game, subject to applicable law. The Contest

7. Prizes Awarded must be accepted as awarded, are non-refundable, nontransferable and are not convertible to cash. The Contest Sponsor reserves
the right to substitute a Prize or any portion thereof with one of equal or
greater value. No correspondence will be entered into except with the
selected entrants. By entering this contest and accepting a Prize, the
entrants consent to the use of their name, city of residence, video image,
quotes and/or photograph in any related publicity or Internet posting without
compensation, except where prohibited.
8. All entries become the Property of the Contest Sponsor upon receipt and will
not be returned. No responsibility will be taken for any failure of the web site
during the promotion or for any problems or technical malfunction of a
telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access
providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any on-line Internet
entry to be received by the Contest Sponsor due to technical problems or
traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination
thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's
computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in
the promotion. Any attempt to deliberately alter or damage any web site or
to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of
criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Contest
Sponsor, reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest
extent permitted by law - including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject
to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically
reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.
Entries that are inaudible or unintelligible will be disqualified. Sponsor
assumes no responsibility for human or technical error in the transmission or
receipt of phone entries. The winners release the Contest Sponsor, its
affiliates, their directors, employees, officers and agents, including without
limitation their advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability,
loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession,
and/or use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related thereto.
9. Disputes - In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person
submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by
the "authorized account holder" person in whose name the email account is
registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in the
Eligibility section of these Official Rules. "Authorized Holder" shall mean the
natural person assigned to an email address, by an Internet Access provider,
on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational
institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the
domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor reserves the
right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her
Sweepstakes entries) who tampers with the entry process.
