3:40pm - Coaches Meeting (very briefly at finish line area)
4:00pm - Field Events Begin
Shot Put – Girls 1st (4 Throws – No Finals)
Discus – Boys 1st (4 Throws – No Finals)
Triple Jump – Boys 1st (4 Jumps – No Finals) – Open Pit 4:00-5:30pm
Long Jump – Girls 1st (4 Jumps – No Finals) – Open Pit 4:00-5:30pm
Pole Vault – Boys 1st (**REMEMBER YOUR SIGNED VAULT FORMS – 1 ATTACHED)
**POLE VAULT COMPETITION WILL BEGIN @ 4:00PM SHARP – PLEASE TIME YOUR WARM-UP!!!

*2nd Round of Field Events will begin after 1st Round completion & 20 minute warm-up.
4:15pm – Running Events Begin (**WISCONSIN Outdoor Order of Events!!!)
(All running events are seeded FINALS & will go on a rolling schedule with girls heats followed by boys heats)

**WIAA rules will be followed for all events – this includes the running event order & also field event rules. This
most specifically effects the pole vault – a pre-signed verification form with coach & athletic director signatures
needs to be brought along or vaulters do NOT compete.
Opening Heights –
High Jump – Girls 4-0 / Boys 5-0 (*Girls will go from 4-0 to 4-3 to 4-6 & up by 2 from there… Boys similar.)
Pole Vault – Girls 6-0 / Boys 7-0 (**REMEMBER YOUR SIGNED VAULT FORMS – 1 ATTACHED)
(*Girls will go from 6-0 to 7-0 to 8-0 to 8-6, etc…, Boys will go from 8-0 to 9-0 to 10-0 to 10-6, etc…)
Entry Fee - $130.00 (Checks payable to: Hudson High School, 1501 Vine Street, Hudson, WI 54016)
Entries & Timing – www.pttiming.com – will be handling all entries & timing for this meet.
Teams will be allowed 3 athletes per individual event & 1 relay team in TRUE TEAM SCORING FORMAT.
The meet will be seeded according to entry times/distances, but ALL competitors score according to
the scoring below. Entries will open Tuesday, April 4th and ALL entries will be due by Tuesday, April
11th at NOON. If entries are not entered by that time, PT-timing will assess a $50 reopen fee. All
ROSTERS & ENTRIES will need to be entered at www.pttiming.com by following the instructions below:
Scoring – True Team scoring with be used for this meet. With 8 teams competing, this means:
Individual Events: 1st place = 24 points, 2nd = 23, 3rd=22,… 24th = 1 point
Relays: 1st place = 32 points, 2nd = 28, 3rd = 24,… 8th = 4 points
Results – Will be available at www.pttiming.com shortly after the conclusion of the meet.
Spikes – ¼” pyramid spikes are allowed on all surfaces.
Team Camps – NO camps will be allowed on the infield of the track. All camps must be
outside the fenced in track area. There will be NO access to EP Rock Elementary School.
There will be portable bathrooms onsite & water available for purchase at the concession
area, however it may be a good idea to bring along water as needed. Remind your athletes
to be aware of competition as they move about. Please bring along trash bags & make sure
that your area is tidy as you leave. Thank you in advance!
Clerk of Course – The meet clerk will be located at the 100m starting line of the track.
Athletes should be prepared to move on a rolling schedule, and should check in by second
call for their events at the latest to get a hip number. We will NOT wait. Please remind your
athletes to place their hip # on the side seam (centered) of their shorts & below their shirt line.
Facility – please instruct your athletes to be prepared for competition as there are NO locker
room facilities available at the track site. There will be portable bathrooms available for your
use, and NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO GO INTO EP ROCK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
Track Location – next to EP Rock Elementary School on 13th Street in Hudson, WI –
Directions to Newton Field – Exit I-94 at the Carmichael Rd exit – go north briefly to Coulee Rd
(frontage in front of Target) and turn left. Continue on Coulee to 13th Street – turn right on
13th and the track/school will be 3 blocks in on the right. **Please let your bus drivers know
that they will not be allowed to park along the track road!! Parking is available in the lot
above the track – please instruct your bus driver NOT to park along the road to the East of the
track as it blocks the elementary school lot & pick-up traffic.
