Part Time Team Leader - Station Promotional Ambassador Team - Montreal
Montreal’s 92.5 The Beat has an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader for the Station Promotional Ambassador
Team in our Montreal office. Reporting to the Promotions Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for
leading the team and ensuring the proper promotion of the station at different functions and events in the
community.
RESPONSIBILITIES:






Lead and participate in the station’s promotional events (a team of approximately 15 people)
Execute the station’s external promotional activities, as set out by the Promotions Director
Prepare post-event reports
Drive station vehicles between the station and events
Project a positive image of the station and the brand at all times
Conduct activities at events and award prizes
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:












Extremely well organized, punctual and dependable
Leadership skills, with the ability to oversee the team in a fair manner
A positive, friendly outgoing manner
Customer service oriented
Resourceful: able to deal with challenging situations
Displays sound judgment
Sense of initiave; ability to see things through from start to finish
Fluently bilingual (English and French), both written and spoken
Works well in a group setting, a team player
Must be available to work flexible hours (days/evenings/weekends)
