All competitions conducted under ESNZ Rules and Regulations. All Series competitions will be conducted in accordance with current Series
Conditions.
The Committee accepts no liability in the case of injury or damage to animals, riders (competitors), spectators or vehicles (Article 160 of
ESNZ General Regulations).
The Committee reserves the right to alter the programme or prize money as they see fit (Article 114.4 of ESNZ General Regulations).
All prize money and entries are GST inclusive and prizes over $500.00 will incur withholding tax. All prize money advertised will be paid in
full at a ratio 1 to 7 thereafter.
On Sunday horses or ponies may enter only one championship class.
Show Levy $20.00 per horse/pony/max $80.00 per family.
Yards $30.00 for the event per pony/horse (three days).
First Aid Levy $5.00 per rider
All refunds less 25%. Late entries will incur a surcharge of 50%.
Any changes of competitions during the event must be made before 5.00pm on the day prior to the competition. The Organising Committee
reserves the right to apply a surcharge to these changes. A $2.00 class change fee will be applied.
No refunds will be given for yards or stables.
Motorbikes are not allowed on the grounds.
Tauranga Racing Club ground rules must be adhered to. No crossing the track until 8am.
TESA RULE: No Dogs may accompany Equestrian Competitors to events held on the TESA Grounds.
Class 6 100% of the total entry fee will be paid out in prizemoney.
Class 7 and 18 will be starting at 8am for those competitiors staying on the grounds.
Dress Code: Formal Dress is required in all rings.
Pony Club Challenge: This event is for all Pony Club riders. Team of four riders. First round (Class 24) Total penalities of best three in team
to count. Second round (Class 37) top four teams to compete. Total penalities of best three competitors from each of the two rounds give team
total. If there is equality of team penalities after the second round, a jump off with one rider per team will take place to decide the winner.
