Keiser University Football Signs 31 Players to Letters of Intent
Current quad now stands at 53 players
West Palm Beach, FL–April 4, 2017— The Keiser University football team signed 31 players to national
letter of intents on Wednesday evening. After the additions yesterday, the total number on the current
football squad stands at 53.
The signings yesterday included:
Alessandro Cantillo
Ferguson

Cantillo on coming to Keiser, "They have a new program coming up so it means they have something
special going on. They are focused on bringing kids in from Florida and Keiser can really compete at a
high level. That is what sparked my interest in coming here. Off the field, he was in the IB program for
four year and finished with a 4.30 GPA. Athletically he was named Miami-Dade County All Star, Second
Team all Miami-Dade county and Spirit of the Falcon Recipient at John A. Ferguson.
Camron Allen
Wellington

Allen stated on Keiser, "I love the school and the new football program. I have a feeling we have a chance
to be a powerhouse in the future. Allen led his team to a District Champions as a senior and earned the DRock as a senior.
Christopher Morakis

Morakis said on picking Keiser, "Coach Socha and the success behind him in the past and the coaching
staff at Keiser. It is also local to where I grew up." Off the field, he was a part of the spirt emotion
program where the players are teamed up with special needs students.

Lamy on choosing Keisr, "It means a lot of me. I like that my family can come out and watch me play so
that is nice as well." Off the field, he was on the A/B Honor roll and made the Sun Sentinel first team
defense as well as the Palm Beach County first team defense. He was an honorable mention for All-State
defensive team.

history. Coach Socha is a good coach and has a great coaching staff to be a championship team."

Hinds on choosing Keiser, "It is close to home and nothing beats South Florida talent, and it is the best
place to be." Hinds was a year four-year varsity starter and was named Sun Sentinel All-County.

want to help build something special here at Keiser." Hogan was a three-year varsity starter for Wiregrass
Ranch HS.

named First Team All-Conference as a senior and Second Team All-County as a junior. He also played in
the North vs South All-Star game.

me right now." For the past two years, Glenn attended Indian River State College but didn't play.

you play ball, as long as you put in the work and show that you can do anything you put your mind to. I

field, he earned second team all-state, first team all-county.
