Terms and Conditions: Rebate offers are valid only for qualifying machine purchases made during the promotion period, which begins on April 4, 2016, and ends on December 31, 2016. To qualify for the Machine-Only Purchase rebate amounts you must purchase
a qualifying Miller machine and submit a valid rebate request. To qualify for the Machine with Additional Product Purchase rebate amounts you must purchase a qualifying machine plus the specified dollar amount in additional Hobart or Miller products and submit
a valid rebate request. You must be at least 18 years of age and have reached the age of majority in your province of residence in order to participate. Rebate requests must be made by January 14, 2017. Alteration or attempted alteration of sales receipt is
prohibited and constitutes fraud. Fraudulent submissions will not be honored. No duplicate requests or mechanical reproductions. Distributors, retailers and employees of Miller Electric are not eligible to participate. Miller Electric Mfg. Co., 1635 W. Spencer Street,
