Viewing Your Academic Background and Educational
Planning Survey
You can view select academic background information, as well as your answers to the
Educational Planning Survey (EPS), via the Student Center’s Academic Background
page.
Note: The first time you access LionPATH you will provide your consent to do business
electronically. This consent will be required annually.
Viewing Your Academic Background and EPS Survey
1. From the other academic drop-down menu, select Academic Background.
2. Click the double arrow (GO) icon.
The Academic Background tab in divided into multiple sections.

Current Status
The Current Status section displays your current academic information including College,
Major/Minor, and Option (if applicable).
Admissions Information
The Admissions Information section displays information regarding your admission into
the University. For example, Admit Type, Admit Term, Academic Program (College), and
Academic Plan (Major).
Note: The Campus listed in this section is the Campus you were originally admitted into.
Name, Email, Address, and Citizenship
The next four sections contain your Name, Email, Address, and Citizenship information.

Note: Regardless of which email type is listed as preferred in the Email section, the
University email address is viewed as your official email for University business.
The Click Here for undergraduate course placement information link, located
under the Citizenship section, will open the Undergraduate Advising Handbook. This
handbook provides an explanation of course placement information for undergraduate
students.
Test Results
The Test Results section displays various types of data in the form of text results. To
sort based on a column, click on any column header.

Note: Due to speed and performance issues, it is not recommended that you use the
Filter Test Data located above the Test Results section.
Note: The highest ALEKS score is used for Math, Statistics, and Chemistry placement.
The highest SAT writing score is used for English placement.
Only 5 rows are displayed by default. Clicking the View All link in the header of the
section will show all rows of data. The previous/ next arrows can also be used to scroll
though the data not displayed on the screen.
Educational Planning Survey
The EPS Answers tab will be available if you completed the Educational Planning Survey.
1. Click the EPS Answers tab to display your survey responses.

To return to your Student Center Home page, click the Cancel button at the bottom of
the page or breadcrumb menu at the top of the page.
