Cancellation Insurance
For an additional $10 per camp you can
purchase cancellation insurance. This
insurance allows participants complete
reimbursement of all clinic fees (excluding
insurance fee).

The applicant is in good health and able to participate in the physical activity of a vigorous
program. The program has my permission to provide emergency care. By submitting this
registration you understand that any participants attending the programs and using Mass
Premier Courts, LLC facilities does so at his/her own risk. Mass Premier Courts and its
owners, employees or agents, shall not be liable for any damage what so ever arising from
any personal injury or property loss sustained by participant with his/her family in or about
any programs on the premises. Participants and parents assume full responsibility for all
injuries and damages which occur in or about any programs on the premises, He/She does
hereby fully and forever release discharged hold harmless "Mass Premier Courts, LLC", all
associated facilities and its owner, employees, and agents from any and all claims,
demands, damages or rights of action, present or future resulting from any person's
participation in any programs or use of the facility. In addition, he/she agree(s) to follow
the rules of conduct and play set by Mass Premier Courts, LLC. Failure to do so may result in
suspension from participation. Consent: I the undersigned parent or guardian/participant
do hereby grant authority to the staff at Mass Premier Courts to render a judgment
concerning medical assistance or hospital care in the event of an accident or illness during
my absence. I do hereby authorize "Mass Premier Courts and its assigns to utilize any and all
photographs, pictures or other likeness of me or anyone assigned guardianship to me, as
they deem appropriate in its promotional materials or team films.

At the 2014 Mass Premier Back Court Clinic,
players will learn a variety of "Guard Skills." Our
coaching staff will focus on improving players
ball handling, foot work, permieter and interior
passing, as well as shooting both off the catch
and off the dribble. Finally, our guards will be
taught a variety of finishes at the basket that will
help them increase their scoring output in their
games! In a fast paced and fun environment, our
backcourt clinic certainly further the skill set of
each player who attends!
The 2014 Mass Premier Front Court Clinic, will focus
on post play in every aspect of the phrase. Our
coaching staff will teach each player a variety of
post moves that they will be able to utilize in their
games. Players will also learn about how to gain
favorable position downlow, how to correctly post
up, and how to seal defenders to increase their
effectiveness inside. Finally, players will be schooled
on how to correctly box out and rebound their
position. It is sure to be a fun filled learning experience for all players who attend!

During this clinic players will participate
in 5 on 5 games and a variety of skill
events. Competitions will include 1 on 1
games, 2 on 2 games, shooting and ball
handling events. This clinic is NOT
instruction based. The purpose of this
program is to give players the
opportunity to test their skills in a fun
and competitive environment.
