ELGIN HALL
MOVE-IN DAY INSTRUCTIONS
Please approach Elgin Hall from the
Richmond Street gates. You will then
be directed to the appropriate vehicle
marshalling area. Students living on the
first floor will unload at the front of the
building. Please drive your vehicle into the
Elgin Hall traffic circle behind the building
when a vacant space becomes available.
To unload, park your vehicle along the
right-hand side of the traffic circle – please
do not park on the left-hand side.
Check-in will take place in the Elgin Hall
dining hall. With your permission, staff and
student volunteers will tag your personal
belongings with your room number and
then move them to your room.
Move your vehicle immediately after
it is unloaded to the Medway parking lot
located behind Elgin Hall. Please do
not abandon your vehicle in the
unloading zone.
