Antitrust Comments Our goal is to have a productive meeting today and we have a full agenda. Because a number of the
companies in this room compete with each other in their core businesses, and all of the companies here are involved in
activities that may use the same providers of goods and services, it is important that we adhere to our agenda and avoid
any discussions or comments that may not be appropriate. We all want to comply with the antitrust and competition laws
and we should strive to avoid even the appearance of any impropriety. So, please DO NOT discuss or exchange
information related to:
Prices, price changes, discounts, allowances, credit terms etc.
Bids, contracts, plans for bids for services or goods
Matters relating to actual or potential individual suppliers or customers that might have the effect of excluding them from
any market or influencing the business conduct of other firms toward them
The identity of any customers or suppliers that your company has declined to do business with for any reason.
This list is not exhaustive but I hope gives every participant an idea of what should not be discussed during our meeting.
Please note that prohibited discussion topics apply equally to discussions that may occur during breaks, meals and social
activities.
Compliance with these requirements is everyone’s responsibility. I invite all participants to promptly object to any
questions or comments that they do not believe are appropriate for this meeting.
