Harakiri is the third solo
album from the System Of A
Down front man
SerjTankian.
The leading styles are
rock and alternative
metal.I think that Serj is
a splendid song writer and
an inspiring artist as can
be heard throughout the
compilation.This is a
piece of lyrics from one
of the songs "Cornucopia":
"Where we call home
Why do we disfigure all
the things that are so
beautiful inside
Where we compose the
calamities for all to
abide
Microcosm, macrocosm are
the same..."
The CD is excellent from
the first to the very last
song.
My favourite songs are:
"Cornucopia" , "Ching
Chime" and "Harakiri".
This album is definitely
designed for people who
like this genre of music.
I recommend it to you and
I hope you will like it.

On the 15th May the Festival of
Foreign Languages took place in our
school. The Festival was divided
into three parts: a contest on
English, Spanish or German
(everybody in our school study
English, but the second language is
Spanish for some classes and German
for others). Each class competed in
a contest represented by a group of
three. The questions concerned
geography, history, famous people
and places of the above countries.
There were three classes in the
final and they had to act out a
short dialogue, for example: in the
restaurant. It was really exciting
contest and everybody had fun! My
class-2c-was represented by my two
friends-Karolina and Marcin - and
me. We were the best and we have
won the contest! 
Then the pupils from my class (2c)
engaged in the eTwinning project
presented it to our teachers and mates. After the
presentation, each class sang a song or gave a short
performance in English, Spanish or German. The
winners sang a song by the German group Mo-do
entitled „Eins Zwei Polizei”. Other awarded groups
presented: a song by John Lennon-“Imagine”, a song
by Pink Floyd-“Another brick in the Wall” and a
scene “Justin B.&Hannah M.”-which was a short love
story . It was an amazing day for everybody!

"Eragon" is a story about a boy, who lives in a land of Alagaesia
in Empire. One day while hunting, he finds a strange blue stone.
He quickly discovers that what he has found is not simply a rock
but an egg. The egg containing a dragon, hidden from the evil
emperor Galbatorix, who had almost destroyed the race of
Dragonriders. The dragon quickly grows as the bind between them
grows stronger. The Eragon learns that he can communicate with
him without even speaking.
Once, while visiting the village Carvahall he meets Brom, a local
storyteller. He tells him the story of dragons, humans, elfes,
dwarves, dragonriders and the decline of their race. When Eragon
comes back to his home the only thing he can see are the burning
ruins of his house with his dead father inside. He runs to Brom
and they both escape from the village to mountains. He finds out
that Brom is not only an old villager, but he used to be a
Dragonrider like Eragon. The boy names his creature Saphira after
Brom's dragon.
The book is a real page-turner. I did not even notice when I
finished it. I really recommend this book to everyone who likes
reading fantasy or epic stories with its own rich history and
enormous world.

Michael Paget – (12thSeptember
1978) welsh musician member of
heavy metal group Bullet For My
Valentine. Amazing guitar player
and singer. He started playing
the guitar when he was 17 years
old.
His first guitar was
NOISEMAKER 3000. Michael and his
3 friends established the band
in 2003. He is creating
wonderful and very fast soloes,
that a lot of people listen to.
Today he performs on the biggest
stages in the world. I think his
best solo is in “The Poison”.
All of his solos are very fast,
resize and differentiated. I
want to be like him.

MY ADVENTURE WITH RUBIK’S CUBE
One day, when I was coming home from a school
trip I saw my friend trying to solve Rubik’s
cube . After it I wanted to do the same. Next
week I was able to solve Rubik’s cube. My
first time record was 0:02:30 , but now my
best time is 16 seconds. The world record
0:0:05 was established by Mats Valk. I solve
Rubik’s cube every day and I want to beat the
world record. There are a lot of methods to
solve Rubik’s cube. I use fridich and LBL
methods.
For those of you who are interested – there
are 43 252 003 274 489 856 000 combinations of
colors in Rubik’s cube.

Robert Lewandowski
In polish football history we have had many of glorious victories but also plenty of
failures as the national team golden years ended in 80's of 20th century. Furthermore,
our team had many great and marvelous individualities such as: Zbigniew Boniek,
Grzegorz Lato, Jan Tomaszewski, Kazimierz Deyna, Włodzimierz Smolarek and others.
Nowadays our team isn't perfect at all. In Euro 2012, organised in Poland and Ukraine,
our national team reached the very last place. Nevertheless, there is a flicker of hope in
polish football - one of the best strikers, a rising star of polish football - Robert
Lewandowski.
He was born in Warsaw on 21st August 1988. He has started to play football since he
was 9 in Varsovia Warsaw. In 2006 he joined Znicz Pruszków. After two years he was
transfered to one of the best polish football clubs - Lech Poznań. He played for the club
2 years and he won Polish Cup, Polish Supercup, and Ekstraklasa Division
Championship. He gained Top Striker Award, he scored 18 goals in that season.
Currently, after he was bought by BVB for 4.500 000€ in 2010, he plays in Borussia
Dortmund where he is a big star as well as in the Bundesliga. He won the Bundesliga two
times in a row. In the season 2011/2012 he got German Cup and scored hattrick in the
final. BVB won the game against Bayern Munich 5-2!
Every football club and every footballer dreams about holding the Champions League
Trophy but only the best can achieve it. In the football history there were also some
polish accents. Jerzy Dudek and Tomasz Kuszczak won this trophy. After few years
Robert Lewandowski had a chance to win the Champions League 2012/2013. He helped
BVB to get to the final after a great victory over one of the greatest club in the whole
universe - Real Madrid. He scored 4 goals in the semi final. Unfortunately, BVB's rival,
Bayern Munich has got fluke, because Lewy's goal didn't count after all.
In our opinion, Lewandowski is one of the best players in the world. We hope that
Lewandowski together with Borussia Dortmund take back the championship from
Bayern Munich. According to http://www.transfermarkt.de Lewy is worth an enormous
sum of 28.000 000€. To conclude, Lewandowski can be treated as one of the best polish
footballers, and for sure we can compare his achievements to such stars as Boniek,
Ronaldo and Messi. :)

Why is Italy worth seeing?
It's hard to describe Italy in a word. This country is associated with sun, hot air, good food,
positive people but also with history and tradition. It’s a magical place visited by millions of
tourists. Historic towns with unusual eye-catching architecture located in many regions and
unbelivable legends associated with them. Doubtless you have to see Rome, the capital of
Italy and the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Roman Forum, and the Sistine Chapel . While
visiting Venice, you can take a gondola and go through canals admiring the city. St. Mark's
Square, the church of San Giorgio Maggiore and the Bridge of Sighs deserve particular
attention. Do not forget about Verona. The city is famous for being the backdrop of
Shakespeare's drama "Romeo and Juliet". Entering the courtyard of the house near the town
square we can see a wall full of loving messages left here for enamoured tourists from all
over the world. When visiting the house you can go to the balcony from which Julia was
talking to her beloved Romeo. You should also visit towns like Milan, Florence, Tuscany,
Naples and Bologna. If you feel like you need some entertainment, you have to visit
Mirabilandia . The biggest amusement park in Italy. There are lots of extreme roller coasters.
An Italian cuisine is also fascinating. What's a trip without trying traditional spaghetti
bolognese, pizza, risotto and lasagne?
Italy is a special country. Once you get here, I promise you will fall in love with this place, its
landscapes, monuments and language. You won’t want to go home.
