Wednesday Team Greeting
We would like you to join us at the America’s Center for a Wednesday evening celebration - a
time to relax, connect with teams and enjoy lots of fun-filled entertainment.

Badging – Action Required
In order to access this event all attendees (team members, volunteers, families, and friends)

Saturday Encore and Medal Ceremony
We are planning some exciting activities this year to continue the fun on Saturday, April
30. After the official FIRST® LEGO® League World Festival robot matches and judging have
concluded, please join us Saturday morning for the Encore Performances where fourteen (14)
teams will be invited to share their robots and projects with everyone.


The teams with the top eight (8) highest scores from the official robot rounds will be
invited to participate in the Encore robot matches. These matches are strictly for fun,
will follow an elimination match format, and will have no impact on the official
awards.
In addition, Project judges will select six (6) other teams to present their Projects at
the Encore.
The fourteen (14) teams selected to participate in the Encore Performances will receive their
invitations in the pits on Friday, April 29.




The invitation list will also be posted at Pit Administration and announced by the
emcees on Friday afternoon.
If your team will not be in the pits on Friday afternoon for the invitation
announcements, please check at Pit Administration between 4:00 PM-5:00 PM on
Friday afternoon for the list of invited teams.
The Encore robot matches and Project presentations will be held on the FIRST
LEGO League Robot Competition floor in Hall 1 of the America’s Center from 8:30
AM-10:00 AM.
The medal ceremony will immediately follow the Encore Performances, starting at
10:15 AM.

FIRST Championship—St. Louis Cardinals Ticket Offer

Join us for the FIRST ―Night at the Ballpark‖ at Busch Stadium, Friday, April 29th to
watch the St. Louis Cardinals take on the Washington Nationals.

The Cardinals have generously offered discounted tickets at $20.00 each (+ service fee)
which includes the price of admission, as well as a hot dog and soda coupon to all
FIRST Championship attendees.

Come early—all FIRST ticketholders will have a chance to participate in a pre-game field
parade, and will be able to watch the on-field recognition ceremony, including an
Honorary First Pitch to a Cardinals player!

The Cardinals are also offering a 10% discount at the main Team Store on Level One
between Gates 3 & 4 at Busch Stadium. You may stop in the store between Wednesday
and Sunday during Championship week—show your FIRST badge to take advantage of
this great offer.

