Objective
 The purpose of this presentation is to propose a E
-recruitment system. So take note this system is
not yet in place, we still in the development phase.
 Our institution are in dire need of a E Recruitment system. We currently use a paper
base system containing a 4 pages application from.
 All forms need to be manually scanned for
selection data accuracy and quality cannot be
guaranteed and is very time consuming.
Our Aim
 The purpose of Simple the system will allow for
posts to be available for applicants, applicants can
submit applications for posts, the process of
viewing applicants and then can do the short
listing based on the criteria entered.
 Effective due to the real time information that is
provided by applicants and the ease of weeding out
those that do not have the skills being sought
E-Recruitment Advantages
 E-recruitment allows employers to have a talent
pool that they can use for future needs. This is
done automatically once applicants submit their
applications making it easy to keep track of them
and list candidates that can be considered for
future roles in the company.
 Companies that want to reduce advertising costs
will find that e-recruitment is the perfect solution
for doing so
E-Recruitment Advantages
 Wider Geographic Area, Greater Geographical
Reach on Skilled workers

CV's would mean more paperwork and the need for
more storage space. With e-recruitment, CV's are

Suggested Solution
a new electronic recruitment system, which will see all
vacancies being advertised online. The new system, will
allow for a quicker recruitment process, while allowing the
organisation to build up a catalogue of suitable candidates for
positions.
“The advantage of the new system compared to the previous
manual system is that it will shorten the process of appointing
suitable candidates and that it will broaden the scope of
possible applicants through the creation of an in-depth
database of applicants
Another benefit of the new system, he said, was that the bank
may keep applicants informed of the status of their respective
applications, via electronic communication.
