Our institution are in dire need of a E Recruitment system. We currently use a paper base system containing a 4 pages application from. All forms need to be manually scanned for selection data accuracy and quality cannot be guaranteed and is very time consuming. Our Aim The purpose of Simple the system will allow for posts to be available for applicants, applicants can submit applications for posts, the process of viewing applicants and then can do the short listing based on the criteria entered.
