Sale by a Competitive Sealed Bid
Pull Tab Vending Machines (PTVM)

The State Lottery Commission wishes to allow interested bidders to submit sealed bids to the
Lottery for purchase of the following:
a. Items:
Twenty (20) American Games Maxim™ PTVMs (Pull-tab vending machines), model 4200, with
base cabinets. PTVMs are six (6) columns.
b. Bids Due:
Sealed Bids are due on Monday, October 29, 2012 at 12 Noon EST. Bids should be dropped off
or mailed to:

If Bids are dropped off, they must be clearly marked “SEALED BID PTVMS”
c. Location of Property that may be inspected:
20 machines are included in the sale; however the machines are located throughout the state of
Indiana. One machine will be available for inspection located at the Lottery’s retail space. Located
at:

d. Terms of the Sale:
1. Award will be made to the highest bidder. The Lottery reserves the right to not award
sale to any bidder.
2. Sale is “as-is” with no warranty or guarantee.
3. Payment shall be received prior to transfer of assets.
4. Items will be available to the winning bidder as of January 2, 2013. Items shall be picked
up during the Distribution Center’s normal operating hours, within a two (2) week period
after January 2, 2013. Buyer is responsible for packing/preparing the items for shipment
and any associated freight costs.
