position. Successful applicants will be invited to an initial meeting with Oceans Group.
INTERVIEW, SHORTLIST AND PROFILING ASSESSMENT
Upon completion of all initial meetings, Oceans Group will provide detailed findings to Sydney Trains’
selection panel for discussion. Successful applicants will be invited to attend the panel interview.

REFERENCE, BACKGROUND AND PRE-EMPLOYMENT CHECKS
Should you be the preferred candidate for the role, you will also be required to provide the following
information to Oceans Group post-panel interview as follows:




Photo ID (Drivers Licence) - Must be a Certified Copy;
Proof of Residency (such as passport/citizenship papers/birth certificate) - Must be a Certified Copy;
Qualifications - Must be a certified copy;
At least two payslips.
