A couple of things you should do prior to the end of the season before you start to play in the league: Take a photograph of each child you plan to enter in the league. Ensure the photo is taken in the passport style (head and shoulders only). Ensure the picture is not taken on a camera with very high megapixels as the Kernow League website will be unable to load it. Three megapixels is the maximum quality required. Get evidence of all your prospective league players’ ages. Usually a copy of the child’s birth certificate will do or a copy of their passport. When your team starts in the Kernow League for the first time the Secretary of FUFC (Sue Stivey) will ask you to provide contacts details for you team. Usually for a Manager and a Coach but at least a Coach. Included in these details needs be a contact phone number and email address. The FUFC Secretary will then supplier your contact details to the Secretary of the Kernow League (Debbie Knowles). Debbie’s email address for future reference is [email protected] Debbie, once all the league teams are registered will contact you with a username and password for the Kernow League website; this usually happens in June/July. The website address for the Kernow Youth League website is: www.kernowleague.com Logging In Click here. Enter the username and password (case sensitive) supplied by Debbie, click ‘Login’. When you have found the players photo the file route will appear in the ‘File Name’ box. Click ‘Open’. Click ‘Upload Photo’. Once completed you will get taken back to page shown below. Once again cross through it indicates it’s outstanding. A copy of the child’s birth certificate needs to be either posted or a scanned version emailed to Debbie Knowles. A flag against each child indicates their status. A key can be found at the bottom of this webpage. Green flag indicates child is clear to play in the league.
