Old Chicago College Hoops 2017
No Purchase Necessary to Participate or Win. The College Hoops (“Promotion”) entry period begins at 11:00 a.m. Eastern
time on Sunday March 12th, 2017 and ends on Monday, April 3rd, 2017 at midnight EST (the “Promotion Period”).
Participant bracket selections will be closed 10 minutes before tip-off of the First Round (Round of 64) on Thursday, March
16th, 2017. Participation in this promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of
these Official Rules.
How to Enter. Participants will visit www.occollegehoops.com and create an account using their email address and
password and pick a home store location. Participants then fill out a full bracket for the Basketball tournament. Brackets
will be locked for edits 10 minutes before the start of First Round (Round of 64). Participants will also predict the final
combined score of both teams in the championship game as a tiebreaker to help determine the winner in each restaurant.
Participants can log in to see their current score and view their picks, but won’t be able to change them. The website
(www.occollegehoops.com) will automatically score each participant’s bracket based on the accumulated number of points
earned for selecting winning teams throughout the tournament and track the number of correct picks in each round. Note:
The first round of games (first four) will not be counted in the digital bracket, allowing participants more time from Selection
Sunday to complete their bracket online. Prior to tip-off of the First Round (Round of 64) all participants MUST have
completed filling out their bracket in order to be entered into the game. All brackets will be locked at 10 minutes before
tip-off of the start of first game on Thursday, March 16th. Participants will compete against other players within their
chosen “home store” for prizes awarded at the restaurant level.
Determining Winners: To determine the total accumulated score, the following scoring chart will be used.

Grand Prize Winner: The participant with the overall highest score system wide will be awarded with a trip for two to Las
Vegas during the 1st and 2nd rounds of the 2018 NCAA Men’s National Championship. This prize includes round-trip airfare
for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada, hotel accommodations on the Las Vegas Strip, and a $500 Visa (or equivalent) gift card.
Where possible, winner may pick from 1 of 3 travel packages which may include different hotels and/or airline carriers.
Packages are created at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor is not able to honor special requests and /or unique travel
arrangements. If you have special travel needs, we recommend you consider the cash prize equivalent. Please note air
travel does not include insurance or checked baggage fees. Grand Prize winner will also have the choice to substitute the

Grand Prize for a cash prize equivalent of $1,500 in lieu of grand prize. If a cash prize is elected, the $1,500 will be awarded
as a corporate check. Prize must be claimed by June 30th, 2017. If the winner has not come forward by that time, the
Grand Prize will be forfeited.
Highest Score Winner: The participant with the highest score in EACH participating restaurant will be awarded with “Pizza
for a Year” (one pizza valued at $25 per month for 12 months) valid through 4/30/2018. In the event that a location has
multiple participants with the same amount of points at the end of the tournament, a tiebreaker will be used. Participants
will predict the final combined score of both teams in the championship game when filling out their bracket. In case there
is a tie in the first tiebreaker, the winners will be placed in a random drawing to be awarded the Highest Score prize. The
alternate winner(s) in the random drawing will be awarded the Runner Up prize.
Runner Up: The participant with the 2nd highest score will be awarded $100 in Old Chicago Bucks which will be valid through
7/31/2017. In case there is a tie in the first tiebreaker, the winners will be placed in a random drawing to be awarded the
Highest Score prize. The alternate winner(s) in the random drawing will be awarded the Runner Up prize.
College Hoops Round Prizes: To win prizes following each round, participants must score at least the below-noted total of
points to earn their round prize. Round Prize winners will be notified of their winnings via email the day after the round is
completed. Expiration dates will be explicitly listed on the winning email.
For Example: Participant scores at least 22 points in the Round of 64, they will be awarded with a coupon via email
for a Free Order of Old Chicago Tavern Bites to be used the following Monday – Wednesday. (Round of 64 played
Thursday, March 16th and Friday, March 19th; Free order of Crispy Tavern Bites valid Monday, March 20th –
Wednesday, March 22nd)

Bonus Code System:
All Old Chicago locations will have “Bonus Cards” that coincide with each round of the tournament. These cards will contain
a unique, one-time use code that will give participants extra points for the designated tournament round. Codes will only
be valid during the rounds of play, and will expire after the completion of the coinciding round. Participants are allowed to
enter no more than once code per round. If a participant enters an invalid code 5 times they will no longer be able to
attempt to enter a code for the corresponding round. No purchase necessary to obtain a Bonus Card.

Excepting the Grand Prize, prizes are not redeemable for cash, merchandise or gift cards. No prize substitution, transfer or
cash equivalent is permitted except in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to change or discontinue
the Promotion at any time. Sponsor reserves the right at all times to substitute a prize. Winner is solely responsible for any
and all applicable fees, local, state and federal taxes, including without limitation, any income taxes. Prizes redeemable for
alcohol only where permitted by law.

Eligibility. Promotion is open to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and who are 18 years of
age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising and promotion agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household are not
eligible to participate in the promotion. Illegible, mechanically reproduced, photocopied or other unauthorized or
automatic entries will be ineligible and void. Potential winners may be required to sign and return releases of liability,
affidavit of eligibility, and, where lawful, publicity consent agreement, all within 14 days of prize notification, to receive a
prize. By accepting and/or using a prize, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice and/or likeness for the purpose
of advertising, trade or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Website Access. College Hoops is made available to participants through a website and software maintained by a third
party unrelated to us. Circumstances beyond our control may cause such website content to be incomplete, unavailable
or delayed. Therefore, we will not be responsible for and shall not be liable for: late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected,
incomplete, ineligible, unintelligible or unsuccessful entries.
General Terms and Conditions. (a) By entering, each participant agrees to bound by these Official Rules and the decisions
of Sponsor with regard to the Promotion and the awarding of prizes, which decisions shall be final in all respects. Sponsor
reserves the right to disqualify any entry that Sponsor determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official
Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of a winner to accept or to use a prize for any reason. Sponsor, its
employees, agents, representatives , parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and
legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete,
ineligible, unintelligible or unsuccessful entries, notices, release forms, affidavits or other correspondence; any prize
components furnished by an outside vendor or supplier such as a product manufacturer or an airline or hotel (whose
terms, restrictions and conditions of use shall be applicable to any such prizes); any condition caused by events beyond
the control of Sponsor that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; any injuries, losses or damages of any
kind arising or in connection with or as a result of the acceptance, possession, travel in connection with, or use of a prize,
or for participation in the Promotion; or any printing or typographical errors in the Official Rules or in any materials
including websites associated with the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make changes to
these Official Rules during the Promotion Period (consult Sponsor’s website for same) or suspend or cancel the Promotion
at any time if the Sponsor, in its discretion, determinates that the Promotion is corrupted or subject to improper entry or
fraud in any way (and any such entries shall be void). In the event of such termination, in the discretion of Sponsor, the
Promotion may be fully terminated or the Sponsor may continue to conduct random drawings which will be held among
all eligible entries received at the time of termination. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion and for any reason, substitute a
prize of equal or greater value, including a cash award.
(b)
By participating in the Promotion, each entrant specifically agrees to release and hold Sponsor and its
employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives , parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion
agencies and legal advisors harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection
with the Promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, consumption, travel in connection with or use of any prize,
including without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage, warranty claims and claims based on publicity rights,
defamation, or invasion of privacy.
(c)
Void where prohibited by law.
Disputes/Choice of Law. Each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of actions arising out of or
connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class
action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Chattanooga, Tennessee; (2) any and all claims, judgments and
awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees; and (3) no punitive,

incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost wages or profits may be awarded
(collectively, “Special Damages”); and (4) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have
any or such damages multiplied or increased. Tennessee law, without reference to Tennessee’s choice of law rules, governs
this Promotion and all aspects related thereto. If any of the provisions of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable,
all remaining provisions hereof will remain in force, unless, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, such invalidity or
unenforceability defeats or undermines the purpose of the Promotion, in which case Sponsor may exercise the right to
terminate the Promotion.
Names of Winners and Official Rules. The winners’ names will be available upon request (at the conclusion of the
Promotion). To obtain a copy of these Official Rules, visit a Sponsor’s restaurant location or Sponsor’s website. To obtain
a written copy of the names of winners, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to CraftWorks
Restaurants & Breweries, Inc. at the address below.
Privacy: By entering the Promotion you agree to the use of your personal information for Sponsor’s own marketing
purposes but your personal information will not be sold or provided to parties not affiliated with Sponsor.
