RESOLUTION OF
THE
ClTY
OF
WOODINVILLE, WASHINGTON, SETTING A
PUBLIC HEARING DATE TO CONSIDER
VACATION OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF 1 6 3 ~ ~
AVENUE NE ON THE NOLAN WOODS PLAT.
WHEREAS, a petition signed by the owner of more than two-thirds of the
property abutting upon properties dedicated for street purposes, located in the City
of Woodinville, Washington, being a portion of right-of-way on the Nolan Woods Plat
(prior known as Aston Villa); with the full legal description as described on
Attachment A and shown on Attachment B attached hereto and incorporated in full
by this reference, was filed with the Woodinville City Clerk for the right-of-way
vacation of the above described properties and who has returned a certification of
sufficiency, and
WHEREAS, RCW 35.79 requires a public hearing on such a petition and that
the date of such public hearing must be fixed by Resolution of the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE ClTY COUNCIL OF THE ClTY OF WOODINVILLE, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The time and place for the public hearing and determination by the City Council of
said petition is fixed as 7:30 p.m. on 2 May 2005, in the Council Chambers located
at 17301 133'~Avenue NE, Woodinville, Washington.
