Candy Guess Contest

Eligibility: Participant must be at least old enough to write their guess and be 17 or under, Participant must
also have a parent or legal guardian present to participate. Need not be present to win. Employees of T&M
Plumbing and Heating, INC and their families, are not eligible to win.
How to Enter: the contest takes place on June 4th, 2016 from 9am to 4 pm. To fill out entry must come to T
&M office ½ 105 E. State Street Mancelona, MI. One Entry per person allowed. Participant may enter by
making a guess and writing it down, then having parent or guardian fill out rest of entry.
Prize: The winner will be the person who comes up with the correct answer in the event that was not
determined the winner will be the closest without going over the correct number, and they will win an Xbox
one. They will also win the contents of the jar. Once the winners parent or legal guardian is contacted they
will have 14 days to come to T&M office ½ 105 E. State Street Mancelona, MI to claim winnings.
Contest judging: The odds of winning depend upon the proper guess and, the number of eligible entries
received. The contest will be conducted by T& M Plumbing and Heating, INC, whose decisions are final on
all matters relating to the contest. The judging will be done by checking all eligible guesses and determining
who guessed the correct answer in the event that no one guessed the correct number the winner will then
be determined by who came the closest without going over. The contest winner will be determined on June
4th 2016 at 5 PM. In the event that more than one person who guessed correctly there will be an alternate
candy jar to guess from that will determine the winner.
General Rules: The Parent or legal guardian by allowing the child to participate is accepting of the following:
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed or
misdirected entries. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or terminate this contest in
the event of any act, occurrence, or reason that it believes would corrupt the integrity, administration or
fairness of the contest. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Entrant. By entering the
contest, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the
Sponsor, which will be final and binding on all matters relating to this contest, and each Entrant warrants
that (s)he is eligible to participate in this contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant if
these contest rules are not followed, and to change, alter, or amend these contest rules or to alter, modify,
suspend, or terminate the contest, as necessary, in its sole discretion, to ensure the fair administration of
the contest or to comply with applicable law. “By participating in the contest, participants agree to release,
discharge, and hold harmless sponsor, its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and
promotion agencies, and other individuals engaged in the development or execution of this contest, from
any liability, claims, losses and damages arising out of or relating to their participation in this contest or the
acceptance, use, misuses, or possession of any prized received in this contest.”
Privacy: Sponsor will not release contact information with anyone. The only time Sponsor will use contact
information will be to contact the winner. Sponsor will not publicize the winners name, photo, or image
without written consent from the winner first.
