GENERAL INFORMATION
Montgomery Inn Boathouse has seven private dining rooms to meet all of your needs! We can accommodate
groups from 8 – 250 guests! We specialize in providing excellent food and service for your Wedding, Rehearsal
Dinner, Family Dinner and Corporate Events!
MENU SELECTIONS
Our banquet menu offers a wide variety of creative choices and, of course, our Montgomery Inn signature items.
Please keep in mind that these are merely suggestions, and we are always willing to accommodate your needs
to create a custom menu. Menu prices are subject to change, but are guaranteed thirty days prior to your event.
Food is not permitted to be brought in the Boathouse from an outside venue.
BEVERAGE SELECTION
The Boathouse has an extensive wine list priced from $25.00 to $150.00 per bottle. Our staff is happy to assist
you in selecting beverages to compliment your meal. No alcoholic beverages will be permitted to be brought into
Montgomery Inn Boathouse. The Montgomery Inn alcoholic beverage license requires that we request proper
identification (photo ID) of any person of questionable age, and refuse alcoholic beverage service if the person is
either under age or proper identification cannot be produced. We also retain the right to refuse alcoholic
beverage service to any person who, in the Boathouse’s judgment, appears intoxicated.
SERVICE CHARGES
All food and beverage prices are subject to an 18% gratuity charge plus 6.75% Ohio sales tax. Federal, State
and local governments are tax-exempt organizations. Any tax-exempt organization must present a completed
and valid tax-exemption form at the time of payment. For private parties, a room rental charge will be assessed.
The room charge is in addition to the cost of food, beverage, tax and gratuity.
DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
An initial deposit and signed contract will be required to secure your reservation. Cancellations must be made
three days (72 hours) before the scheduled event in order to receive a full refund of said deposit. Payment will
be required at the conclusion of your function. The Boathouse accepts the following forms of payment:
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, corporate checks or cash.
DAMAGE/LOSS OF PROPERTY
The customer agrees to accept responsibility for any damage done to the function room or any part of
Montgomery Inn Boathouse prior to, during or following their function. The Boathouse does not accept
responsibility for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the Boathouse prior to, during of following
a function. Security arrangements should be made for all merchandise or articles set up prior to the planned
event or left unattended for any time.
SPECIAL SERVICES
Montgomery Inn Boathouse provides a limited selection of tablecloths and napkins on a complimentary basis.
**Additional colors and fabrics are available on a rental basis. We have partnerships with local businesses to
provide rental of chair covers, sashes and overlays for an additional cost.
PARKING
Montgomery Inn Boathouse offers ample parking at no charge. Valet parking is also available for an additional
cost. Montgomery Inn Boathouse is completely handicap accessible.
BANQUET CHOICES
For your Spring, Summer or Fall functions, our Patio is available for parties of seventy (70) up to and including
one hundred (100) for a sit-down dinner or luncheon. The Room Charge for such an event is $250.00. The Patio
has an awning and a beautiful view of the Ohio River and Sawyer Point Park. In case of inclement weather, a
clear drop cloth encloses the entire area.
The Turf Room, which is located on the second floor of our facility, is available year-round. This room is equipped
to accommodate up to ninety (90) people for a sit-down dinner or luncheon. The Turf Room can also be sectioned
off into two separate rooms. Turf Room “A” can accommodate up to sixty (60) people and Turf Room “B” can
accommodate up to thirty (30) people. The room charges are as follows: Turf Rooms A & B -- $300.00. Turf
Room A only -- $200.00. Turf Room B only -- $150.00. Turf Rooms A & B, as one, has a beautiful view of the city
and Sawyer Point Park. Turf Room B alone, has no view, but is tastefully decorated. These rooms are available
Sunday through Friday.
For smaller, more intimate parties and/or meetings, we also offer the Kentucky Speedway Room. This room faces
historic Mt. Adams. The year-round facility comfortable accommodates up to thirty (30) people, and can also be
sectioned off into two separate rooms; one room can accommodate up to ten (10) people, and the other room can
accommodate up to twenty (20) people. The room charges for the Kentucky Speedway Room (KYS) are as
follows: KYS A & B -- $150.00. KYS A -- $100.00. KYS B -- $50.00.
All of our private rooms have minimum number of guest requirements. Please ask about these requirements
when speaking to our Banquet Manager.
Our accepted methods of payment are all major credit cards and the Montgomery Inn House Charge accounts.
We do not direct bill.

Exit Columbia Parkway - take Truck Route Exit which is Bains Ave. - turn right at traffic
light onto Eastern Ave. - we are a just down the road on the left hand side.
USING I - 75 NORTH
Cross over the bridge and take the 2nd St. exit. Follow 2nd St. across town and exit at
Pete Rose Way – in front of the First Star Center. Turn left on to Pete Rose Way. Follow
Pete Rose Way (approximately ¾ of a mile) until it becomes Eastern Ave. and we are on
the right.
USING I - 75 SOUTH
Stay in the left hand lanes as you approach Downtown. Take the 2nd St. exit - Follow 2nd
St. across town and exit at Pete Rose Way – in front of the First Star Center. Turn left on
to Pete Rose Way. Follow Pete Rose Way (approximately ¾ of a mile) until it becomes
Eastern Ave. and we are on the right.
USING 471 NORTH
Come across the bridge into Ohio - take Columbia Parkway exit heading east (Route 50
east) - take the Truck Route exit which is Bains Ave. - make right onto Eastern Ave. and
we are on the left hand side.
FROM DOWNTOWN CINCINNATI
Take any street that heads towards the river - make a left onto 2nd St. - exit 2nd St. at
Pete Rose Way - turn left on to Pete Rose Way - follow Pete Rose Way until it becomes
Eastern Ave. and we are on the right hand side.
FROM COLUMBIA PARKWAY (ROUTE 50 WEST)
Take the I -71 / I-75 exit just before downtown, follow sign to right for Eggleston - the
road will fork again and follow this to the left - at traffic light turn left onto Eggleston
Ave. - Eggleston will dead end into Pete Rose Way - turn left at light onto Pete Rose
Way - this will become Eastern Ave and we are on the right hand side.
