GELATIN CUPS

5 packages of strawberry gelatin
•
Stemless wine glasses
•
2 cups of Cool Whip, additional for topping
•
Mixing bowl
•
Fresh strawberries, for topping
•
Liquid measuring cups
•Water
•Funnel
•
Mixing spoon
Direction:
1. Layer 1: Boil one cup of water and combine with one packet of strawberry gelatin. Stir until the mixture is dissolved. Add in one
cup of cold water and stir. Divide mixture evenly among the glasses using a funnel. Refrigerate until set. Approx. 1-2 hours.
2. Layer 2: Boil one cup of water and combine with a packet of strawberry gelatin. Stir until the mixture is dissolved. Add in one cup of cold water and stir. Add one cup of Cool Whip. Layer this mixture on top of the previous gelatin layer. Refrigerate until set. Approx. 1-2 hours.
3. Layer 3: Boil one cup of water and combine with one packet of strawberry gelatin. Stir until the mixture is dissolved. Add in one
cup of cold water and stir. Divide mixture evenly among the cups using a funnel. Refrigerate until set. Approx. 1-2 hours.
4. Layer 4: Boil one cup of water and combine with a packet of strawberry gelatin. Stir until the mixture is dissolved. Add in one
cup of cold water and stir. Add one cup of Cool Whip. Layer this mixture on top of the previous gelatin layer. Refrigerate until set. Approx. 1-2 hours.
5. Layer 5: Boil one cup of water and combine with one packet of strawberry gelatin. Stir until the mixture is dissolved. Add in one
cup of cold water and stir. Divide mixture evenly among the glasses using a funnel. Refrigerate until set. Approx. 1-2 hours.
6. Top each glass with Cool Whip and a strawberry before serving.
