Sustain Gain- Sheep and Beef Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter is Ballance Agri-Nutrients Limited, 161 Hewletts Road, Mount Maunganui, Private
Bag 12-503, Tauranga.
2. By entering the competition each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and
conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
3. To be eligible for entry into the competition, the entrant must purchase no less than 5 tonnes of
SustaiN, in one transaction, between the start date and the closing date of the competition
specified below. Orders must be uplifted by 3 February 2017. Orders are to be placed through a
Ballance Nutrient Specialist.
4. Order must contain a minimum of 5 tonnes of SustaiN based products as listed on our public
price list.
5. Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry might
result on the entry being invalid.
6. No responsibility will be taken for late entries or incomplete entries or e ntries with incorrect
postage.
7. Only one entry is permitted per customer.
8. This competition cannot be entered cumulatively with any other discounts or offers Bal lance
Agri-Nutrients may have on offer or any existing customer conditions.
9. By entering the competition winners agree to their names being published and to be
photographed and/or interviewed by Ballance Agri-Nutrients Limited and that Ballance AgriNutrients may use their names and such photographs and/or interviews for publicity purposes.
10. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. The prize will be delivered by Ballance Agri-Nutrients free to an address within New Zealand in a
single lot to one address. Prize must be delivered by 31 March 2017.
12. Ballance Agri-Nutrients is not liable for damage occurred during transport of prize.
13. There is one prize of a $5000 holiday package and four Masport Supreme Plus RBW 210 BBQ’s to
be won. Holiday package must be booked and redeemed by 31 May 2017. Holiday package will
be provided in the form of a travel voucher.
14. You can only enter one competition pertaining to SustaiN at any one given time.
15. Full details of the prize will be given in writing upon request.
16. The competition starts on 3 October 2016 and closes on 15 December 2016.
17. Only complete entries received by the closing date 15 December 2016 will be accepted.
18. The winner will be drawn at Ballance Agri-Nutrients Limited, 161 Hewletts Road, Mount
Maunganui within 10 working days of uplift date, 3 February 2017.
19. The winner will be notified by either phone or email.
20. If the prize winner cannot be contacted within 3 working days of the prize being drawn, at
Ballance Agri-Nutrients option that winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation
and the prize will be redrawn.
21. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Ballance Agri-Nutrients and their
employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but
not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during
the course of accepting or using the prize.
22. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. Employees of SealesWinslow and Ballance Agri Nutrients are not eligible to enter these promotions.
23. The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
24. All entries become the property of Ballance Agri-Nutrients and may be used for promotional and
marketing purposes, or passed onto a third party involved in the promotion for Ballance AgriNutrients marketing purposes.
25. Under the Privacy Act 1993, all individuals have the right to access and correct their personal
information by contacting Ballance Agri-Nutrients in writing to Ballance Agri-Nutrients Personal
Information, Marketing Department, 161 Hewletts Road, Mount Maunganui, Private Bag 12-503,
Tauranga.
26. By entering the competition, entrants are deemed to have given Ballance Agri-Nutrients consent
to contact them for marketing purposes.
