Step 1 – Access the Buy on Demand portal

Step 2 – Log in
Click here
• Sign in with your intranet ID and password
• Then click submit.

Step 3 – Create / update your profile
 Click on User profiles in the left hand corner. Then select My user profile on the main
screen.
 Fill in the required fields with your contact details.
 Personal information & shopping defaults in your user profile needs to be pre-set as follows:
 After filling in all details, click on „Save profile“

Step 4 – Shop by commodity
 In the section “Shop by commodity” write commodity code U53 and press the button
GO.
 Click on “Sales Enablement/educational events”

Step 5 – cart creation - Item 1
Item 1
 Item description: Based on the offer dated <insert the date> we order services associated
with Team event <insert the name of the team event> for the <insert the name of centre>, budget
holder <name of the centre leader>.
 Quantity: 1
 Unit of measure: Piece
 Estimated unit price: total price without VAT and without agency fee
 Estimated unit price (currency): EUR
 Follow by clicking on “View subtotal” and then click on “Add and stay here”

 Unit of measure: Piece
 Estimated unit price: total price without VAT and without agency fee = Estimated unit price

Step 8 – Active shopping carts
 Select the cart items and click on “Check out finish”

Step 9 – check shipping address
 Check the data and click “Continue to next step”

Step 10 – specify product category
• Select “Internal meetings – meals” and click “Continue to next step”

Step 11 – specify accounting
• Click on “Edit accounting one screen”
• Insert the appropriate department no. according to the responsible center
leader from the list on the next slide and click “Save advanced accounting”

• Click on “Continue to next step”
• Add “abc123” into the reference ID number window and click “Continue”

Step 13 – Business justification
Please insert following statement into the blank window and click
“SUBMIT”:

Step 14 - You have successfully submitted your BonD
 Please keep in mind to check if the bond has been approved.
 Check if the PO for your event was created. Keep in mind that the PO needs to be sent to
the supplier by Procurement before the event takes place.
