2) Did you know that some appointments can be booked online?

Action Plan – Most of the appointments that can be booked online are the
Extended Hours appointments with the Drs ie late evenings and Saturdays.
We feel this may be the reason that lots of patients are not aware of this
service because they do not use these appointments. However, we will
mention this booking option in the Feedback Newsletter

Action Plan – This questionnaire was drawn up before the introduction of the 111
service on 12th March 2013. We will ensure that when all Posters and Leaflets are
available from the Project Team, they are displayed in the reception/waiting area.
Recorded telephone messages at the Practice,the Practice Website and Practice
Leaflet have already been updated with this new information.

Action Plan –
Significantly over 85% of Doctor & Nurse Practitioner feedback were marked as
good or very good.
Practice Nurse and Health Care Assistants questionnaires attained over 75% good
and very good. However less than 4% feedback was marked as poor Although this
is a small percentage the Practice will continue to review the situation.
