Dear Parents
You may already be aware but we would like to advise you that Mrs Roads has decided to leave the Afterschool club on the 26 th
February 2016. Until we are able to recruit a replacement, Mrs Worledge, Mrs Pettifer and Mrs Penn have agreed to step in to keep the
club open as normal. Can we ask if you currently book in via Mrs Roads using vouchers, that you now contact the school office, either
by the email shown above or by the main school telephone number, and either Mrs O’Donnell or Mrs Stott will book the children in for
you instead. The Club mobile will not be used for bookings after the 26th February and will only be for emergency, urgent
communications. We would like to wish Mrs Roads all the very best for the future and would like to thank her for all her hard work over
the last few years.
We have attached the new timetable for you with the activities we will be providing and also the tea options for the next half term.
