extended warranty program for its Rotax 4-stroke aircraft
engines.
EXTENDING YOUR WARRANTY
The Rotax Extended Service Terms program (R.E.S.T.) offers two different types of extended warranty for all Rotax 4-stroke
aircraft engines. The coverage exceeds the manufacturer’s warranty.
ONE YEAR PLUS COVERAGE
FULL TBO COVERAGE
An additional one year of coverage respectively up to
200 hrs, whichever comes first.
Plus three years or up to TBO of 2,000 hrs, whichever
comes first.

ONLY GENUINE ROTAX PARTS AND SERVICE
Signing up for R.E.S.T. is like signing a contract with BRP itself. You get the added peace of mind that comes with knowing your
engine is covered and will be serviced by professional and iRMT trained Rotax maintenance technicians, using only genuine
Rotax parts.
TRANSFERABLE COVERAGE
R.E.S.T. transfers ownership whenever your engine changes hands nationwide, at no cost to either the buyer or seller.

Can I buy the R.E.S.T. protection plan anytime I want?
You can purchase the R.E.S.T. at any time if your Rotax
aircraft engine is still within the manufacturer’s limited
warranty. We merely require a proof of adequate and
correct maintenance.
Can I purchase an extended warranty protection also
for my aircraft?
The R.E.S.T. program is available for Rotax aircraft engines
only. For information about the warranty for your aircraft,
please contact your aircraft OEM.
Can I purchase R.E.S.T. protection plan anywhere
I want?

Can the R.E.S.T. protection be transferred to a
new owner?
The extension of the warranty is linked to the engine serial
number and can be transferred to a new owner within the
same territory.
