Job Title: Fylde Ladies FC Head Coach Fylde Ladies Football Club (FA Womens Premier League) are looking to recruit a Head Coach / 1st team Manager who will be responsible for all aspects around the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all players within the club Key Accountabilities To recruit, manage and select teams to compete on a weekly basis capable of ultimately achieving WSL status Ensuring high standards of coaching delivery across the first-team and development team, taking into account current elite good practice. Developing and overseeing a continuous professional development programme, to include a comprehensive mentoring strategy, for coaches and support staff involved within the club. Responsibility for the welfare, monitoring and evaluation of players and coaching staff performance within the club Representing Fylde Ladies Football Club in a professional manner at all times including attendance at relevant Club / FAWPL / FA meetings as and when required To ensure club adheres to FA Regulations & Respect guidelines and affiliated league Rules and Regulations Manage all coaching, medical and technical support staff involved in the club Ensuring the club adheres to FA standards for safeguarding children Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the programme, continuously looking for ways to develop and improve within club budgets Criteria Required Minimum UEFA B Licence holder (working towards UEFA A licence) Member of FA Licensed coaches club FA Safeguarding & FA Emergency Aid Certificate Current DBS Have good knowledge and understanding of the standard required to achieve WSL status and a familiarity with the Women’s Football Development Pathway in England. Dynamic and confident communication skills with the ability to build meaningful, strong strategic relationships with club staff and players Demonstrate a conscientious and flexible approach with a proven commitment to teamwork Experience of and enthusiasm for coaching and mentoring elite young and senior players and coaches. Understanding of learning, development and high performance with a proven ability to create optimum learning environments for players. Awareness of diversity and equality challenges in football.
