A huge storm leads to the first crisis of “We’re gonna die!” But after rebuking the wind and the disciples for not trusting him, the second crisis of the passage is “Who then is this?” Main Truth: • Jesus is more than we realize • The author wants us to know that as we follow Jesus, we will experience crises that will expose our true understanding of him.
