Our Proposal to Down

For every new personal motor vehicle policy, Autoline will contribute £10 to the
County Team Training Fund
•
For every new commercial policy*, Autoline will contribute £50 to the County
Team Training Fund
IN ADDITION:

Each time a club member takes out a personal motor vehicle policy, it generates
a set of water bottles for his club.

Each time a club member takes out a commercial policy*, it generates a new
O’Neills training ball for his club

Where possible / permissible, Autoline provided with contact details for club
members who are happy to “opt in” to be contacted about the scheme

Allocation of 12* match tickets to Autoline for each Championship game, for
the duration of the Championship
6 of these tickets would automatically go into a draw for the next
Chamipionship game, for anyone incepting a new insurance policy, who
comes through the Down GAA club introducer route
Full page advertisement of this draw in all match county programmes (Down
Club Championship and League campaign) – between the team sheets

Discreet/Tasteful “Autoline” insignia to be placed on the water bottles and
footballs provided to clubs
If these terms are agreed, as a gesture of goodwill, Autoline will make an
immediate contribution of £3,000 towards the County Team Training Fund.
To be earned out/set off against the performance of this scheme in 2010 ie
if County Board are owed £40,000 under the scheme, then the final net sum
owing would be £37,000 after taking consideration of the initial up front
contribution.

Project managed by Autoline – all collateral material
Allocations (cash and club kit) managed by Autoline
Balls and water bottles delivered to clubs by Autoline on
a monthly basis through the season
• Introducer cheque payments to the County Board are
made on a quarterly basis
• Autoline broker system set up to recognise incoming
customers – unique codes used for all 49 clubs in
County Down

• Scheme ratified / minuted at a County Board meeting
• County Board officers genuinely support the scheme by promoting it
through their own network in the County
• The introducer scheme is exclusive to Down GAA and Autoline for a
minimum 3 year term. (No other commercial relationships between
Down County GAA Board and other brokers or underwriters.)
• Review meetings during the first 3 months to iron out any teething
problems + an annual review each Spring
• Any club member phoning in must be a NEW customer for Autoline
• Prize draw for the Championship match tickets to take place at
Autoline HQ, Newry
• To be made (overseen) by a prominent county senior player
