1. CONFERENCE VENUE
The Conference will be held at CEULAJ, a resource and activity center for youth events.

2. TRANSPORTATION TO MÁLAGA
Malaga is a well-connected city. It can easily be reached by plane, train or coach:


Malaga-Costa del Sol International Airport has flight connections to around 60 foreign
countries.
The AVE (Spanish High Speed Train) enables passengers to reach Madrid in just two
and a half hours and provides faster connections to other cities such as Barcelona,
Cordoba and Sevilla. For those coming from Madrid, the nearest station to CEULAJ is
Antequera.
Shuttle service will be provided for participants staying at CEULAJ. Time and place of arrival
and departure as well as flight numbers would be necessary in order to ensure the shuttle
service.

3. VISAS
Participants are requested to make their own arrangements with regard to valid travel
documents such as passports, visas, etc.
Participants who require an entry visa for Spain should contact their nearest Spanish
diplomatic or consular office. Please note that the issuance process for the visa might take up
to a few weeks.

4. ACCOMODATION
Spain will provide for the board and lodging for the youngsters and guests staying at the
CEULAJ.
Participants wishing to stay in Málaga, please find below a list of hotels with preferential
rates. Delegations are kindly requested to make their own reservation directly, mentioning the
reservation code “OSCE Youth Conference”. Reservations in the hotels should be made as
soon as possible in order to guarantee the special prices offered for the Conference.

5. REFRESHMENTS / MEALS
Full boarding will be provided for all participants in the Conference at the CEULAJ.

6. WORKING LANGUAGE
The Conference and the Working Groups sessions will be conducted in English.
7. TRAVEL AND HEALTH INSURANCE
It is responsibility of each participant to have adequate travel and health insurance for the
whole duration of his or her trip. The organizers are unable to take responsibility for any such
expenses incurred during your stay in Spain.
