26. To the extent you believe it would be useful for the Committee to review information beyond
that given in response to questions 25 and 26, provide, as an attachment, a description of all
JURY and NON-JURY CASES, handled by the candidate within the last ten (10) years in
which the case settled after trial commenced.
For each case, provide the following
information: a) docket number; b) specific identity of the court; c) name and address of the
judge: d) name and address of opposing counsel and co-counsel; e) dates of trial; f) the
nature of the litigation; and g) details regarding the settlement.
Additionally, state how long the case was on trial (that is, how many trial days) and at what point in
the trial (e.g., just before closing speeches) the settlement was achieved.
