Directions
The evaluation form is divided into five sections, which in turn, are divided into
subsections with areas that call for evaluation on a scale from zero to five (the grade
step is 1 point). The points received from each section are added together in the end to
form the overall points for the proposal.
Each project will be evaluated by (at least) two experts, whose points will be added up
and divided by two to form an average score. Projects will be presented to the selection
committee in a ranking based on their point average.
