Walk and Talk Week is your chance to get out and about, meet new people and see what the Falkirk area has to offer. The Big Fit Walkabout is a new Challenge for 2012. In the year of the London Olympics we realised that although we can’t all be Olympic athletes, we can be inspired to challenge ourselves to be more active and feel the difference by stepping out from our own doorsteps. Register for the Big Fit Walkabout Challenge and you will receive your own diary and wristband to support you to take up a 22 week challenge of recording 30 minutes of walking up to 5 times a week. There is no charge for taking part and there are bronze, silver and gold certificates for those who reach three different levels of achievement in this first year of Walkabout.
