ROADIS manages 1,644
kilometers of highways
around de world, with
90% of them in operation.
Over the past decade,
despite the recession,
the Company’s assets
have grown considerably,

presence across several
regions. The Company's
main markets include
India, Brazil and Mexico,
where ROADIS manages
large-scale infrastructure
concessions. The Company also operates in the
United States with the concession for the expansion
for Indiana's highway I-69
between Bloomington and
Martinsville.

ROADIS in
India
With 710 kilometers of
highway, ROADIS is the
largest European highway concession manager
in this country.
All four concessions managed by ROADIS in India
are in operation: Panipat Jalandhar (NH1), Varanasi
- Aurangabad (NH2), Hazira
- Vadodara (NH6) and Kishangarh - Beawar (NH8).

ROADIS in
Brazil
Road travel is the most
widely used form of
transport in Brazil;
hence, the country's road
infrastructure market
represents a significant
growth opportunity. The
Company's prospects
have improved in
recent years as a
result of the the
Brazilian government’s
infrastructure plan.
ROADIS manages the BR116 highway, which crosses the country from north
to south, running through
the state of Bahia. In 2013,
the funding for the highway was obtained through
Brazil's National Bank for
Economic and Social Development. ROADIS also
manages BR-324 highway,
which links the cities of Salvador and Feira de Santana.

ROADIS in
Mexico
In Mexico, ROADIS
manages two key
highway corridors in the
country that have been
fully operational since
they were opened to
traffic in 2012.
The 45-year concession
for the Saltillo Monterrey and Perote
Banderilla Xalapa
highways, covering 155
kilometers, gives ROADIS
responsibility for two
of Mexico's strategic
transportation assets.
In 2014, the Company won
the Project Financial Deal
of the Year Award, from the
international publication
World Finance, for the
refinancing of the Saltillo
- Monterrey highway.
This $300-million
transaction represented
an
extraordinary
breakthrough in the
Mexican capital market.

ROADIS
in Spain
The concession for 64
kilometres between
Madrid and Ocaña, with
traffic averaging 77,000
vehicles a day, is the
only ROADIS project in
Spain.
The Company is responsible
for maintenance and operation of a section of highway
A4, one of the country´s
main routes linking the centre to the southern portion
of the peninsula.

United States
ROADIS entered an
important niche in the U.S.
market in 2014, when it
won the bid for section 5
of highway I-69 in Indiana.
That year saw the first
bond issue (Private Activity
Bonds) to finance highway
I-69 with a placement of
$252 million.
This project involves the
extension of section 5
of the highway, between
Bloomington
and
Martinsville, and includes
the design, construction,
financing, operation
and maintenance of a
34-kilometers section
o f I n d i a n a's S R - 3 7 ,
the highway that links
I n d i a n a p o l i s to t h e
souther portion of the
state.

CSR commitment
ROADIS commitment to human
resources, innovation and the environment is present in all facets
of the company. Aligned with the
interests of the public authorities
in a transparent, efficient and sustainable way, ROADIS intends to
further the progress of the communities where its projects are situated. As a global company, ROADIS
always defends honesty, compliance with the law and collaboration.
Within the professional sphere, the
Company believes in teamwork, results-driven effort, leadership and
innovation.
In November 2016, as the first major Social Action initiative since the
company was set up, ROADIS became a collaborator of the Real Madrid
Foundation and the Indian Institute
for Mother and Child (IIMC). ROADIS
is contributing to the project these
two institutions have been carrying
out in Calcutta since 2011, which
benefits more than 200 boys and
girls between the ages of 5 and 17
by providing sporting activities and,
above all, nutrition and medical care
needs in one of the poorest regions
in the world.
Other notable activities include:
·The environmental awareness
campaigns carried out on the Perote - Banderilla-Xalapa highway
in Mexico.
·The SER VOLUNTARIO (BE A VOLUNTEER) programme carried
out in Brazil, which enabled the
VIABAHIA concession company
employees to devote 500 voluntary hours to helping in their
children’s or neighbourhood’s
schools.
