To Supply, Deliver, Install and Commissioning of Omelette Making Machine at SICC1 Project Description SATS Catering (SATSCAT) cordially invites Vendors to participate in this tender for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of Omelette Making Machine at SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1. With the government’s emphasis to increase work productivity and the strict restrictions on the reliance of foreign of foreign labour, it is imperative that that SATSCAT introduces automation to improve work efficiency and productivity. The Omelette Making Machine would be used for the production of omelettes for all catered airlines. This project attempts to replace the existing omelette making machine to improve productivity and reduce current staff head count from 3 to 2. The whole process would involve the dispensing of oil and egg batter on the frying pans, swirling of egg batter to create fluffiness, and followed by the depositing of various fillings. The operators would be responsible for the final omelette preparation process. The scope of this project is to provide and integrate frying pan hotplates via a rotating table, oil and egg batter dispenser units, swirling mechanism of egg batter, as well as fillings depositor unit. The process flow for the Omelette Making Machine is as follows: Dispensing of oil onto frying pan Dispensing of egg batter onto frying pan Swirling of egg batter to create fluffiness Depositing of fillings Completion of omelettes (done by operator) Potential vendors are to submit proposal for the following: 1. Scope of work and responsibilities 2. Specifications of new equipment to be supplied and installed 3. Vendor is to ensure that proposed new equipment should interface and work accordingly with the existing M&E requirements, or otherwise make recommendation in the proposal 4. Depending on the proposed system by the vendor, it will include the main electrical control panels and necessary interfaces for performance management monitor and audit trails 5. Project Management, which includes the submission of engineering drawings, approval from authorities (where necessary), submission for Safety requirements (Method Statement etc.) detail timeline, testing and commissioning as well as user and technical training 6. To provide 1 year warranty to the commissioned system 7.
