Printing house Factor Druk is one
of the first in Ukraine installed the device
for printing plates production with CTP
technology assistance. Nowadays it’s
the most innovative technology that has
got the name «Computer-to-Plate».
Currently three thermal CTP devices have
been working in our company which are
operated by Kodak Prinergy Connect
system and are integrated in technological
cycle of the company.
Utilization of CTP technology
provides a lot of advantages.:
1. The reducing of time for producing printing
forms allows to shorten the time for production
of overall order.
2. The stability is guaranteed due to reducing
of reducing of the random and systematic levels
of interferences, that occur in case of exposure
and processing of traditional photo materials
and copying of offset plates assemblies.
3. The high quality of image achieved as the
result of precision of thermal laser exposure.
