Instructions for Modifying Rosters and Printing Game Cards
New Affinity Website, dated: 4/09/2016
Step 1: Go to http://hysa.affinitysoccer.com (Figure 1) and login using your coach or admin username
and password.

Step 2: On the new select select the “Team” tab as shown in Figure 2 (NOTE: If you don’t see a listing of
tabs similar to that shown in Figure 2, click on the “View Details” button for your coach or admin user).

Step 3: Click on the “Tournament & Schedule App.” tab

TO PRINT GAME CARD CONTINUE WITH STEP 4, TO MAKE ROSTER CHANGES (Club pass, jersey
numbers) SKIP TO STEP 6
Step 4: Click on the “Schedules/Game Scoring” link as shown in Figure 4.

Step 5: You should be able to click on the “Print Roster” button to print your game card shown in Figure
5.

Step 6: On the “Tournament & Schedule Apps.” Tab, click on the “View Tourn. App.” as shown in Figure

Step 7: Click on the “Player Roster” tab when taken to the Review Application page as shown in Figure 7.

Step 8: You can Adjust your Game Day Roster, Club Pass and Add Jersey Numbers from the Player Roster
