great ideas to help simplify your journey. The new, separately opening
rear window1 is just one of these. Thanks to its space-saving opening
system with two loading levels and two baskets, loading and unloading
really is child’s play. Opening and closing the optional electrically
operated EASY-PACK tailgate couldn’t be easier either – simply press
the button. What’s more, with its multiple and varied seating configurations and adjustment options, the new V-Class is more than versatile

Powerful performance.
Mercedes-Benz Intelligent Drive is our vision of accidentfree and ever more comfortable driving. We develop
intelligent technologies that actively support drivers,
making life at the wheel noticeably easier.
The V 250 BlueTEC with 140 kW (190 hp) accelerates
from 0 to 100 km/h in an impressive 9.1 seconds.
Particularly in combination with 7G-TRONIC PLUS, this
guarantees powerful fun at the wheel. By complying
with the Euro 6 Gr. I emissions standard, while at the
same time maintaining low fuel consumption, the
V-Class meets the requirements of the future, today.
Appearing for the first time in this segment is the optional
Parking package with 360° camera, giving the driver
a bird’s-eye view of the area around the car on the central
display unit – a real help in tricky parking and manoeuvring
situations. Also keeping an eye on the road ahead is the
optional COLLISION PREVENTION ASSIST system, which
provides an audible and visual warning if a possible collision is detected, thereby significantly reducing the risk of
an accident. The system continuously monitors the gap
to the next vehicle and optimises braking performance
accordingly. A further highlight is the optional DISTRONIC
PLUS1. This system not only maintains a steady speed,
but also distance to the vehicle ahead. When needed, the
system is able to brake and re-accelerate independently.
And it does so with optimal visibility – as provided by the
LED Intelligent Light System2. While the low-beam headlamps automatically adapt to the weather, light and driving
conditions, Highbeam Assist permits wide illumination of
the road ahead – without dazzling oncoming traffic.
Intuitive multimedia concept.
The intelligent COMAND Online option is the highlight of
a new generation of telematics, bringing together all the
familiar audio, telephone and navigation functions in one
place, together with an internet browser. LINGUATRONIC
voice-operated control is also an integral part of the system.
Everyday versatility.
Make day-to-day life easier with our flexible seating concept
and practical equipment, such as the new separately
opening rear window2 and the optional electrically operated
EASY-PACK tailgate.

Market launch exclusive: the V-Class Edition 11.
With its perfectly formed 5-twin-spoke light-alloy wheels, 245/45 R 19 tyres and LED
Intelligent Light System, the expressive design of the V-Class Edition 1 leaves a lasting
impression. It’s impressive inside too. The exclusive character continues here with
marron nappa leather and dark anthracite ebony wood-look trim, along with a floor mat
with Mercedes-Benz lettering. With additional highlights such as COMAND Online,
the Parking package with 360° camera and the Burmester® surround sound system,
it leaves very little to be desired.
The V-Class Edition 1 special model is expected to remain available until the end of 2014.

Versatile. The standard equipment.
The V-Class has all that you need. Comprehensively equipped as standard, the powerfully
shaped front end with reflection-type headlamps is a remarkable example of design. Inside
too, the V-Class impresses with its high-quality cockpit, which includes an Audio 20 USB
multimedia system as standard and luxury seats in black or crystal grey Santiago fabric.
The rear seats are flexibly configured, while the cockpit is accented with elegant pianolacquer-look trim. On top of all this, ATTENTION ASSIST and Crosswind Assist are there
to ensure you complete your journey safely.
Special. The AVANTGARDE equipment line.
With its 5-spoke light-alloy wheels with 225/55 R 17 tyres, LED Intelligent Light System
and separately opening rear window with partitioned load compartment, the new V-Class
AVANTGARDE satisfies the most discerning needs in terms of design, comfort and
variability. There’s no shortage of driving enjoyment either, thanks to AGILITY CONTROL
suspension with selective damping system. Inside, the vehicle offers a convincing
package of stunning appointments, such as embossed Lugano leather luxury seats and
ash wood-look trim – in the rear, too. Ambience lighting creates a pleasant atmosphere
throughout the whole interior.
Exceptional. The packages for the new V-Class and V-Class AVANTGARDE.
Really make a statement with the Exterior Sports package, including 20-spoke light-alloy
wheels with 225/55 R 17 tyres, brake callipers with Mercedes-Benz lettering and sports
suspension. Choose the Interior Design package for your V-Class and enjoy luxury seats
in Lugano leather, a nappa leather steering wheel and wave-look trim. Brushed aluminium
sports pedals add the finishing touch to the cockpit.
The AVANTGARDE Exterior Sports package comprises 5-twin-spoke light-alloy wheels

suspension. With the AVANTGARDE Interior Design package you can expect luxury seats

Take-back of end-of-life vehicles. You can return your V-Class to us for environment-friendly disposal in accordance with the European Union (EU)
End-Of-Life Vehicle Directive. But that day lies a long way off.
A network of vehicle take-back depots and dismantlers has been established to make it as easy as possible for you to return your vehicle. You can leave it
at any of these locations free of charge and, by doing so, make an important contribution to completing the recycling process and conserving resources.
Further information about end-of-life vehicle recycling and reuse, as well as conditions for returning a vehicle, is available online at the Mercedes-Benz
