The Catalan Refuge Programme
(CRP)
An alliance between the Catalan Government, the
Municipalities and the civil society, to contribute
jointly to the reception of refugees in Catalonia and
to achieve the best results in their integration
process.

CRP: The role of the Government
 The Government selects and trains mentors - with its own
resources or through entities - to assign to each family group or
beneficiary.
 Monitoring of refugees and mentors progress will be carried out
according to standardized protocols by the social services in
each municipality.

 Promoting Mentoring
 Making specific knowledge available to refugees
 Emerging job positions for the professional development and the
economic autonomy of refugees.
 Spread the need for housing resources at s social price/affordable
 Better reception, by inviting refugees to participate in activities organized

 Monitoring Individualized Activity Plans agreed with
refugees
