The pricing scores will be awarded as follows:
The lowest priced submission will be awarded the maximum price score (40%) and tenderers will thereafter be ranked and scored in
accordance with how much more expensive their prices are compared to the lowest price, e.g. if submission XX is 50% more expensive than
the lowest price it will be awarded 50% less price points than the lowest price submission. If 100% more expensive it will be awarded 0% for
the price score. No submission will be awarded less than 0%. If they are over 100% more expensive, they will still be awarded 0% for the price
score.
