Recovery will become instinct. We will use live ball drilling as well as feeding to create the proper tempo and rhythm of movement in point play. You will experience enough repetition to create the proper instincts. Serve and return tactics based on vision and setting up the outside shot, offensive ½ volleys, 1st volleys, defensive overheads and lob retrieval. Stay in balance with your partner as you stay back or come forward. Recognize when your opponents are hitting inside strokes and learn how to take advantage. Playing the net after your partners serve and return, when to attack and when not to. Learn to lob offensively to win or take control. You will experience enough repetition to create instinct. All things Singles That pretty much says it all. Of course we will work on fundamentals, of strokes and spin. When to use and which spin to use. We will work to master point play concepts such as recognizing and exploiting opponent’s weaknesses. Understand different styles of play. Learn to move your opponents from side to side, up and back. Repetition is your best friend; you will get a lot of it in 10 hours of singles with our staff.
