For more information visit www.mastersgames.com.au 3 DCV Open Seniors Tournament – 21st to 22nd May The DCV Open Seniors Tournament was held in Biloela on 21/22 May with 54 players participating. We had strong support from our local players and from players from Bundaberg, Agnes Waters, Gladstone, Tannum Sands and Rockhampton. We also appreciated the support we received from the three Sunshine Coast players, our only non-Central Queenslanders. The DCVSTA also celebrated 30 years of Seniors Tennis in the two Valleys with Stewart Anderson cutting a cake and with the presentation of a biro to all players. Stewart has been president for the whole 30 years. We wonder if this is a record for Seniors Tennis? While our numbers were small, the tennis within each group was very competitive, making for several close results. Gayle Aldridge, from Tannum Sands, was only player to be a winner in all four sessions. Well done, Gayle. A full list of results below.
