The Council and Erimus have therefore developed Heads of Terms that set out the main terms of the JV in advance of a formal agreement. Stakeholders The main stakeholders are the Council, Erimus Housing and owners and tenants of properties in the Grove Hill area. Intended Outcomes The creation of a ‘Cash Fund’ to release the £3.6m required to complete site assembly at Grove Hill. The creation of an ‘Asset Transfer Mechanism’ between the partners with the objective to avoid cash purchases between the two organisations. Live date: October 2011 Lifespan: October 2011 – Completion of Grove Hill redevelopment. Date of next review: When the full JV document is agreed by the Executive – TBC.
